TEXT: PSALM 105:12–15 NKJV
“When they were few in number, Indeed very few, and strangers in it. When they went from one nation to another, From one kingdom to another people, He permitted no one to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes, Saying, ‘Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”
Discussions:
The Bible text today refers to when the children of Israel were moving from nation to nation on their way to the Promised Land. God did not leave them vulnerable. He anointed them and made them untouchable by their enemies. The anointing upon them made it difficult for them to be defeated, even though they were few in number. They were too strong for their enemies because of the anointing.
This shows that anointing is not determined by size or number. God anoints His children so they can deal with natural matters in supernatural ways.
As a child of God, you are anointed, and you must use the anointing of God upon your life. Do not just watch things go wrong without speaking the Word of God into the situation and declaring the way you want things to be.
Do not wait until you feel a supernatural touch from heaven or see an angel before believing that you are anointed. Release the anointing that is already within you.
The level of anointing in a believer is often determined by awareness, usage, and consecration. If we do not use your anointing, we may not grow in faith and spiritual authority because our level of faith for today is built on our testimony of yesterday. So we need to use the anointing to yeild testimonies that will grow our faith in God.
Declaration:
I shall use my anointing, it shall increase and give God glory in Jesus name
