THE MAKING OF A CHAMPION

 TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 17:51 KJV

Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.

 Discussions:

The story of David and Goliath is one of the most widely known and frequently told stories in the Bible. It carries many powerful lessons that believers can learn from. Today, we will focus on one important lesson from this story—the making of a champion. It is important to understand that there can be no champion without a fight.
The moment you decide to break free and deliver yourself or your household from negative patterns, curses, or yokes, opposition will arise. Just as Goliath rose up against David, challenges will rise against you. However, you must be prepared to fight and overcome in order to become a champion.
The good news is that we are not left without help. God has already provided us with the weapons we need through Christ Jesus. Even more encouraging is the assurance of victory that we have in Him because He has already fought and won the greatest battle on our behalf (Romans 8:37).
However, every victory often leads to another battle.
As you overcome one challenge, others may arise. Opposition may increase, and you may encounter envy or jealousy from both the young and the old. Despite this, you must not lose courage or give up. Instead, continue to fight with all your strength.
Beloved, I want to encourage anyone reading this today: do not give up. Keep fighting. Fight on! God will greatly increase you and make you stronger than your enemies, in Jesus’ name. (Psalm 71:21)

Declarations:

I shall not die like a chicken. I shall fight in prayers, with faith and my declarations . I shall overcome in Jesus’ name
