TEXT: JOHN 2: 24-25
[24] But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, [25] and needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

The scripture above shows us how Jesus was careful before committing Himself to men because He knows the heart of every man.
Many Christians are currently fighting battles they could have avoided by simply knowing the heart of men before commitment. Many don’t take time to ask the Holy Spirit before committing to a relationship, friendship, organisation, or ministry. Many have signed documents/contracts that have put them into great trouble because they did not know the devil in the details or they ignored them even when they knew. There is provision made available through the Holy Spirit to know what is required before we commit ourselves. We need to be clear that not every good person is good for you at a given time of your life. Brethren, knowing is very important before commitment. Let’s strive for knowledge.
