TEXT: ACTS 12:7
Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison; and he struck Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, “Arise quickly!” And his chains fell off his hands.
Discussions:
When the angel appeared to Peter, the instruction was very clear, “Arise Quickly.” Peter was not expected to delay. His deliverance was tied to complete obedience. When God gives instructions, follow and obey promptly. Be sure of the instruction and act accordingly as quickly as possible. I shall hear your testimonies on Jesus’ name.
