Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise him according to his excellent greatness.

There are some acts of God that could make you fear Him ( Eccl 3:14). Peter saw the kind of miracle that he had never seen before, and he became afraid of the same fish he toiled all night to have. Brethren, your knowledge of Gods power and sovereignty will determine how you worship and praise Him. This knowledge is determined by our personal encounter or experience of His magnificence. Those who do businesses in deep waters see the wonders of the deep( Psalm 107:23). These are people who have seen great storms, and yet God came through for them. These are people who have seen the great whale and other magnificent work of God in the deep. If you notice some people dancing recklessly before God, don’t blame them, you may not have done business in the deep to see what they have seen.

I shall not add sin to sin. I shall run to God, and He shall hold me firm from falling.
