He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names.

Today’s Bible text explains to us how much God is interested in the details of our lives. How do you explain that God knows the number of the stars and calls them all by their names? If God knows the names of all the stars, how much more does He know us, who are created in His own image?
God knows every detail of our lives. He is aware of the problems we face, and He has already made a way out before those problems even arise.
This devotional is meant to encourage anyone with many questions about his or her life. God created you thoughtfully and carefully, and He made you a masterpiece. You are not just a random number here to occupy space—you are special to God, and He knows your thoughts from afar (Psalm 139:2).
God does not want you to keep your distance when things are not going well. There are times when Satan may remind you of your mistakes and make you feel that God will not hear you. The response to the devil is to tell him that it is none of his business—it is between you and your Father. God is your Father.
He loves us more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Go to Him and have a word with Him—He will answer you.
