TEXT: JOHN 5:17
But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
Discussions:
Jesus made this statement when the Jews persecuted Him and sought to slay Him because He healed the sick man at Bethesda on the sabbath day. He gave us the hint of what was happening in heaven. God, the father, worketh, and the work he does is good. The kind of work that God the father does is to repair lives. Sabbath or no sabbath, God the father worketh good. There is no situation too bad for God to fix. The man at Bethesda has lost all hope, but when he encountered Jesus, his story changed. This should give us hope that God the father worketh and the work is for our good. I shall hear your testimonies in Jesus’ name.
Declarations:
I know God worketh. My case is not difficult for God to fix. I shall have testimonies in Jesus’ name.
