TEXT: ACTS 22:1-2
[1] Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence which I make now unto you. [2] (And when they heard that he spake in the Hebrew tongue to them, they kept the more silence: and he saith,)
Discussions:
Christians must understand their environment. We need to understand where God has sent us. Many Christians migrate to another country and don’t care about the culture or language of the land. The scripture above shows us the direct correlation between your calling and those you are called to. They listened to Paul because they realised he spoke in Hebrew tongue. For example, if you migrate to Britain, you could work on your ascent, learn the culture of the land, and mingle with the natives of the land so you can communicate the gospel more effectively. Study your environment and understand the culture. Do your best to imbibe the culture of the land( guided by the Holy Spirit), and then the gospel of Jesus Christ can spread easily.
Declarations:
I shall not be ignorant of my place of assignment in Jesus’ name
