[1] And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;

Happy new month! Glory be to God for another month.
Today’s devotional is directed to someone whose season of remembrance by God has finally arrived. Our Bible text today talks about Noah, who was in the ark because God was resetting the earth. When God remembers a man, it means that the waiting season is over and the time for harvest has come.
Immediately God remembered Noah, the wind passed over the earth, and the waters subsided. The windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained.
God does not forget anyone. His wisdom is unsearchable.
The Hebrew word here is Zakar, which means the appointed time for God to fulfil His promises. There are many promises of God that seem to have been delayed. I have come to announce to you today that the time for those promises to come to pass has come this season.
The Lord is saying to someone reading this devotional that the waiting time is over!
When God remembers a man:
1. Everything begins to work together to fulfil God’s promise – Genesis 8:1–2.
2. The lifting can look like a dream. How do you explain Joseph’s journey from prison to the palace? – Psalm 126.
3. The restoration will look as though nothing was lost – 2 Kings 8:1–6.
4. There will be clear revelation on what to do – Genesis 21:19. – This means we must be sensitive to divine instructions and revelations
What Does God Expect?
There are responsibilities for us when God remembers us in this season. What does God expect?
1. God expects all glory to be returned to Him. Share the testimony of His goodness and faithfulness. – Psalm 105:1.
2. God expects our season of remembrance to become a season of remembrance for someone else. As God lifts you, lift others. – Galatians 6:10.
3 Sacrifice and adequately manage the season, because another waiting season is on the way. – Genesis 8:22. – We must manage the season wisely and avoid wastages.
Declarations:
The word “Congratulations” shall be used by many to greet me this month, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
