STRANGE FIRE

 TEXT: LEVITICUS 10:1

And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.

 Discussions:

Strange fire is the sacrifice to God that God does not approve. The sacrifice we offer to God in this dispensation is not ram or bull but ourselves. God gave his son as a sacrifice to have us for himself. Since we are the sacrifice, then all we have becomes a sacrifice to Him. Our body, our money, our family, e.t.c. However, if our heart becomes polluted with sin or idolatry, then all other sacrifice becomes polluted, which makes them strange fire. Cain offered such sacrifice, too. When you bring your sacrifice of worship or offerings to God, ask the Holy Spirit to help you render acceptable sacrifice.

 Declarations:

I shall not offer strange fire to God in Jesus name
